Abstract
Una composicion farmacéutica para la terapia de un edema que se selecciona entre edema hepático, edema cardíaco y edema renal, la cual contiene un derivadode benzazepina fusionado con una cadena cerrada de cinco miembros aromática que contiene nitrogeno presentado por la formula (I) que se incluye a continuaciono una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo. Los símbolos que aparecen en la formula tienen los significados que se incluyen a continuacion. Cadena cerradaB: una cadena cerrada de aromática de cinco miembros que contiene nitrogeno y que puede estar sustituida, que posee al menos un átomo de nitrogeno y puedetener un átomo de oxígeno o azufre; R1 y R2: pueden ser iguales o diferentes y, cada una de ellas es un átomo de hidrogeno,un átomo de halogeno, un grupoalquilo inferior -O-, o un grupo amino que puede estar sustituido con un grupo alquilo inferior; A: un enlace o un grupo representado por una formula-(CR3R4)n-CONH-; n: 0 o un entero que va de 1 a 3; R3, R4; pueden ser iguales o diferentes y, cada una de ellas es un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilenoinferior donde R3 y R4 pueden formar un grupo alquileno inferior con entre 2 a 7 carbonos; y Cadena cerrada C: una cadena cerrada de benceno que puede estarsustituida.A pharmaceutical composition for the therapy of an edema that is selected from hepatic edema, cardiac edema and renal edema, which contains a benzazepine derivative fused with a closed five-membered aromatic nitrogen-containing chain presented by formula (I) which is included then a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
