Abstract

Un método para determinar la locacion de un receptor satelital. El método comienza seleccionando una hora de prueba para usarla con el objeto de calcularuna localizacion supuesta del receptor, empleando por lo menos cuatro satélites. La localizacionsupuesta se calcula sobre la base de la hora de pruebaseleccionada, Se calcula un primer rango desde la localizacion supuesta hasta un quinto satélite y se mide un segundo rango desde la localizacion supuestahasta el quinto satélite. Se hace unacomp aracion entre el primer rango y el segundo rango. Si el primer rango no es igual al segundo rango,la localizacionsupuesta no es la locacion real. Se selecciona una nueva hora de prueba y se repite el método. Cuando el primer rango y el segundorango son sustancialmenteiguales, la localizacion supuesta es la localizacion real.
