Abstract
Se trata de un proceso para formar composiciones peliculizantes de revestimiento dispersable en agua fría, granuladas y de libre fluencia y exentasde polvo comestibles de aplicaciones en productos farmacéuticos, de repostería y alimentos caracterizados porque comprenden:a) mezclar un polímeropeliculizante con agua y un plastificante para obtener una mezcla polimérica extruible que tiene un contenido de 20 a 60 por ciento de agua; b)extruir la mezcla polimérica para obtener cordones humedos de lamezcla polimérica; y c) secar los cordones humedos de la mezcla polimérica para removerla mayor parte del agua; y d) cortar en pellas los cordones de la mezcla polimérica seca. También se proponen las composiciones preparadas con dicho procesoy losobjetos restantes mencionados en el encabezamiento.It is a process for forming film compositions of cold water dispersible coating, granulated and free flowing and free of edible dust from applications in pharmaceutical, pastry and food products characterized in that they comprise: a) mixing a polymerizing polymer with water and a plasticizer for obtain an extrudable polymer mixture having a content of 20 to 60 percent water; b) extrude the polymer mixture to obtain wet cords of the polymer mixture; and c) drying the wet cords of the polymer mixture to remove most of the water; and d) cut the cords of the dried polymer mixture into pellets. Compositions prepared with said process and the remaining objects mentioned in the heading are also proposed.
