Abstract
Un compuesto organometálico para usar como un catalizador para la preparacion de un éster que comprende al producto de la reaccion de un ortoéstercondensado de titanio, circonio o aluminio, un alcohol que contiene al menos dos grupos hidroxilo, unco mpuesto de organofosforo que contiene al menos un grupoP-OH y una base. Un proceso para la preparacion de un éster que comprende llevar a cabo una reaccion de esterificacion ante la presencia del catalizador. Enotra realizacion, el compuestoorganome tálico adecuado para usar como catalizador en un proceso de esterificacion comprende al producto de la reaccion de,además, ácido 2-hidroxi carboxílico.
