Abstract

Una construccion de ácidos nucleicos aislada que comprende una secuencia de polinucleotidos RRK, polinucleotido que se hibrida a SEC ID NOs: 1, 4, 6, 8, 10u 11 bajo condiciones severas; célula de planta transgénica y método para aumentar la resistencia a Xanthomonas en una planta; dichos ácidos nucleicoscodifican polipéptidos que confieren resistencia a Xanthomonas spp y a otros patogenos. Los ácidos nucleicos pueden ser utilizados para producir plantastransgénicas resistentes al patogeno.
