Abstract
Un procedimiento para formar un remache tipo boton de chapa metálica rígida desde una chapa metálica sustancialmente plana que permite una amplia seleccionde chapas metálicas de alta resistencia a la tension para la fabricacion sin fisuramiento ocua rteamiento de la superficie de tales chapas metálicas deespesor delgado. En una primera operacion se forma un reborde anular unitario sobresaliendo de una superficie plana de la chapa metálica. En unasegunda operacion el reborde anular y un panocent ral plano de la chapa metálica se transforman en una saliente de diámetro grande que establecen una mayorporcion de la altura del remache, mientras que mantiene un espesor sustancialmente uniforme de la chapa metálica. Finalmente la saliente dediáme tro grandese transforma en un remache tipo boton unitario. La invencion también propone un aparato para llevar a la práctica dicho procedimiento y un remachetipo boton formado por tal procedimiento utilizado en estructuras de cierre extremo dechapa metálica para latas con abridores de lengueta y unaestructura de cierre extremo de chapa metálica para latas con lenguetas de apertura que utiliza dicho remache tipo boton.
