Abstract
El campo de aplicacion es el de composiciones de plastisol basadas en resinas acrílicas, como por ejemplo polimetil metacrilatos, que pueden serpulverizadas sobre la parte inferior de los automotores y similares. Más específicamente, se hace referencia al uso de polímeros de pintura reciclada quecontienen resina sin curar para mejorar la performance aislante acustica de tales plastisoles. Una composicion de utilidad para suprimir la vibracion mecánica,el ruido por impacto de partículas, o disminuir la vibracion del aire en una cavidad, que comprende: (a) una o más resinas acrílicas; (b) polímero de pinturareciclada que contiene resina sin curar; (c) uno o más plastificantes; y (d) uno o más rellenos. Una estructura de atenuacion caracterizada por comprender almenos una capa de la composicion de insonorizacion descripta aplicada a un artículo solido vibratorio. Un método de revestimiento de un artículo solidovibratorio para suprimir la vibracion mecánica, reducir el ruido por impacto departículas, o disminuir la vibracion del aire en una cavidad de dicho artículo,que comprende la aplicacion de la menos una capa de la composicion descripta a dicho artículo y la gelificacion de la mencionada composicion. Un método derevestimiento deuna pieza metálica de un automovil para suprimir la vibracion mecánica, reducir el ruido por impacto de partículas, o disminuir la vibraciondel aire en una cavidad de dicha pieza, que comprende la pulverizacion de al menos una capa de la composicionsobre dicha pieza y la gelificacion de lamencionada composicion por calentamiento. Un recubrimiento que se obtiene mediante la gelificacion de la composicion mencionada.
