Abstract
Un compuesto que comprende la formula I en la que R1 es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-4; R2 alquilo C1-10, aril-alquilo C1-4 opcionalmente sustituido, heteroaril-alquilo C1-4 opcionalmente sustituido, cicloalquilo C3-7 opcionalmente sustituido, o R1 y R2 junto con el nitrogeno al que están unidos forman un anillo de 3 a10 miembros que contienen opcionalmente un heteroátomo adicional seleccionado entre nitrogeno o azufre; R3 y R4 son alquilo C1-6, hidrogeno, nitro o halogeno yR5 es alquilo C1-6, hidrogeno, arilalquilo o heteroarilalquilo, sus composiciones farmacéuticas y su uso para la preparacion de medicamentos utiles en eltratamiento de apoptosis , y de estados de enfermedad causados por una muerte celular excesiva o inapropiada.
