Un método para la recuperacion y reciclado de hidrogeno en exceso proveniente de corrientes de venteo del proceso en la produccion de ácido tereftálico dealta pureza donde la produccion del ácido tereftálico de alta pureza comprende la hidrogenacioncatalítica del ácido tereftálico impuro, el quetípicamente contiene 4-carboxibenzaldehido (4-CBA), cuerpo coloreados y otras impurezas, en solucion acuosa en fase líquida a elevada temperatura y presion.
