Abstract
Un método de inmunoensayo de un analito en una muestra líquida comprende los pasos de proveer una placa reactiva adentro de una vasija; agregar a lavasija un primer reactivo líquido el cual reacciona con la superficie de la placa para ligarse a la misma; agregar una muestra líquida que contiene elanalito bajo ensayo, adentro de la vasija, mediante lo cual el analito es inmunoespecíficamente ligado directamente o indirectamente con dicho primer reactivosobre dicha placa; y ensayar directa o indirectamente el analito ligado a la placa. La placa puede ser un disco de papel o material plástico con unasuperficie activada. El método puede ser usado para el diagnostico de alergia en el cual el primer reactivo es un alergeno y el analito es un IgEinmunoespecífico al mismo.
