Abstract

La invencion provee una composicion limpiadora abrasiva líquida de pH 7-13 que comprende: a)0,1 -20% en peso de uno o más tensioactivos que forman unsistema en suspension, b)2-80% en peso de uno o más abrasivos suspendidos, c)0,5-10% en peso de una C2-6 alcanolamina, y d) 0,25-10% en peso de un cosolventede hidrocarburo. La alcanolamina actua como una base y un solvente lo que mejora la limpieza permitiendo así la reduccion del nivel de abrasivo suspendido demanera de reducir la posibilidad de danar las superficies y mejorar las propiedades de enjuague. Se considera que se requiere la presencia del cosolvente dehidrocarburo para mantener la estabilidad de las composiciones a temperaturas extremas.The invention provides a liquid abrasive cleaning composition of pH 7-13 comprising: a) 0.1-20% by weight of one or more surfactants that form a suspension system, b) 2-80% by weight of one or more abrasives suspended, c) 0.5-10% by weight of a C2-6 alkanolamine, and d) 0.25-10% by weight of a hydrocarbon cosolvent. The alkanolamine acts as a base and a solvent which improves the cleaning thus allowing the reduction of the level of abrasive suspended in a way that reduces the possibility of damaging the surfaces and improving the rinsing properties. It is considered that the presence of the hydrocarbon cosolvent is required to maintain the stability of the compositions at extreme temperatures.
