Abstract

Un mecanismo de boquilla y un método para generar una descarga de líquido de tipo aerosol, cuyo mecanismo de boquilla asegura el desplazamientounidireccional de líquido durante la descarga y tiene también un volumen inutil de substancialmente cero enla punta de la boquilla. El mecanismo deboquilla incluye una porcion de boquilla flexible con una salida y un canal de flujo, un vástago rígido recibido dentro de la porcion de boquilla flexible, yun alojamiento rígido que circunda la porcion de boquilla flexible y expone la salida. El vástago rígido hace interfaz con la salida para formar una primerválvula unidireccional normalmente cerrada, como también para definir una cámara de arremolinado para recoger el líquido que ha sido canalizado del deposito delíquidos, antes de ser descargado por medio de la salida. La salida tiene una pared tubular con espesor que disminuye a lo largo del eje geométrico alargado desimetría para dar salida hacia la punta de la salida. El canal de fluído estáposicionado circunferencialmente dentro de la porcion de boquilla flexible paracrear efecto de arremolinado al líquido administrado a dicha cámara de arremolinado. Una vez que la presion en el líquido arremolinado alcanza una presion deumbral suficiente para deformar radialmente la porcion de la salida que forma la primer válvula normalmente cerrada, el líquido en la cámara de arremolinado esdescargado a través de la salida. El mecanismo de boquilla está acoplado a una porcion de cuerpo flexibleque tiene una forma sustancialmente tubular y unespesor de pared que disminuye desde la parte inferior de la porcion de cuerpo hacia la porcion de boquilla flexible. El vástago rígido recibido dentro de laporcion de boquilla flexible está dispuestohacia abajo hacia adentro de la porcion de cuerpo flexible de modo que una segunda porcinn del vástago rígido hagainterfaz con la porcion del cuerpo flexible para formar una segunda válvula unidireccional normalmente cerrada en la trayectoria de comunicacion para el pasajede fluido entre el deposito del líquido y la cámara de arremolinado.
