Abstract
Un proceso de craqueo catalítico de fluido conducido bajo condiciones de craqueo catalítico de fluido que permite un mayor uso de alimentacionesalternativas y mejores rendimientos de productos deseados. El producto descripto se relaciona con el craqueo catalítico de fluidos (FCC) para la produccion decombustibles líquidos y olefinas livianas a partir de mezclas de hidrocarburos tales como fracciones de petroleo. Más en particular, se relaciona con unacaracterística no lineal del proceso de FCC que conduce a una nueva estrategia de operacion de FCC para la conversion de mezclas de hidrocarburos. El método deoperacion de FCC se ha perfeccionado para el craqueo de alimentaciones de diferentes cualidades, teniendo en cuenta que el rendimiento líquido en el FCC no sedegrada en forma lineal, ni el rendimiento de coque incrementa en forma lineal, a medida que la cantidad de componente pesado en la alimentacion incrementa, yen consecuencia que el efecto marginal nocivo de los contaminantes dela alimentacion en el catalizador de FCC se torna incrementadamente más débil concantidades en aumento de componentes pesados. El proceso de FCC conducido bajo condiciones de craqueo catalítico descripto, comprende inyectar en por lo menosuna zona dereaccion de una unidad de craqueo catalítica de fluido (FCCU), que tiene uno o más tubos verticales, una pluralidad de alimentaciones, en dondedicha pluralidad de alimentaciones comprende por lo menos una alimentacion (alfa) y por lo menos otra alimentacion (beta), en donde dichas alimentaciones(alfa) y (beta): (a) difieren en Residuo de Carbono Conradson por lo menos aproximadamente en un 2% en peso puntos, o (b) difieren en contenido de hidrogenopor lo menos aproximadamente en un 0,2% en peso; o (c) difieren en gravedades API por lo menos aproximadamente por 2 puntos; o (d) difieren en contenido denitrogeno por lo menos aproximadamente por 50ppm; o (e) difieren en la relacion de carbono a hidrogeno por lo menos aproximadamente por 0,3; o(f) difieren enpunto de ebullicion medio por lo menos aproximadamente 93,33 *C (200 *F); y en donde dichas alimentaciones (alfa) y (beta) son alternadamente inyectadas y en
