Abstract
Un procedimiento y un dispositivo de regulacion de un horno (1), que comprende una sucesion de cámaras Ci, cámaras de refrigeracion (23) cámaras decoccion (22) cámaras de precalentamiento (21), la ultima de las cuales, situada al extremo,está provista con tubos de aspiracion Aj (210) de gases decombustion (34), y comprende en sentido transversal, una sucesion de paredes térmicas huecas CLij (3) así como alvéolos Alij (4) en los cuales estánapilados los bloques carbonados que sedeben calcinar (40), dichas paredes huecas garantizan la circulacion de los flujos gaseosos (33, 34), los cualesestán caracterizados por el hecho de que el caudal másico DGj de cada uno de los flujos de los humos de combustion Gj (34) seregula mid iendo este caudal yla temperatura Tj, con el fin de reproducir un valor de consigna predeterminado el producto DGj - (Tjta) - Cg Tj y Ta representan respectivamente latemperatura de los citados humos de combustion Gj y la del aireambiente, Cg rep resenta el calor específico másico de los humos de combustion.
