Abstract
Se proponen derivados de sulfonamida que son utiles para potenciar la funcion del receptor del glutamato en un mamífero que requiere tratamiento,procedimiento para su preparacion y composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen. Dichos derivados corresponden a la formula (I), en la que Arepresenta CR5(X1R6) o C=NO(CH2)nR7; R1 representa hidrogeno, o junto con R5 un enlace; cada uno de R2 y R3 representa, independientemente, hidrogeno o alquiloC1-4, o junto con el átomo de carbono alque están unidos forman un anillo cicloalquilo C3-6; R4 representa alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6,fluoro-alquilo C1-6, cloro-alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alcoxi C1-4 alquilo C1-4, fenilo que no está sustituido o está sustituido con halogeno, alquiloC1-4 o alcoxi C1-4, alquilfenilo C1-4 donde el grupo fenilo no está sustituido o está sustituido con halogeno, alquilo C1-4 o alcoxi C1-4, o NR9R10 donde cadauno de R9 y R10 representa, independientemente, alquilo C1-4 o junto con el átomo de nitrogeno al que están unidos forman un grupo azetidinilo,pirrolidinilo, piperidinilo, morfolino, piperazinilo, hexahidroazepinilo u octahidroazocinilo; R5 representa hidrogeno, hidroxi, alcoxi C1-4, alcoxi C1-4carbonilo, o junto con unsustituyente en R6, un enlace, o junto con R1, un enlace; X1 representa un enlace o cuando R1 representa hidrogeno, NHCO; R6representa cicloalquilo C3-8 o un grupo aromático o heteroaromático no sustituido o sustituido; n es un numero entero de 1 a 4; y R7 es como se hadefinido para R6; o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo. Said derivatives correspond to formula (I), in which Arepresenta CR5 (X1R6) or C = NO (CH2) nR7; R1 represents hydrogen, or together with R5 a bond; each of R2 and R3 independently represents hydrogen or C1-4alkyl, or together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a C3-6 cycloalkyl ring; R4 represents C1-6 alkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, fluoro-C1-6 alkyl, chloro-C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C1-4 alkoxy C1-4 alkyl, phenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by halogen , C1-4alkyl or C1-4alkoxy, C1-4alkylphenyl where the phenyl group is not substituted or is substituted by halogen, C1-4alkyl or C1-4alkoxy, or NR9R10 where each of R9 and R10 independently represents alkyl C1-4 or together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form an azetidinyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl, morpholino, piperazinyl, hexahydroazepinyl or octahydroazocinyl group; R5 represents hydrogen, hydroxy, C1-4 alkoxy, C1-4 alkoxycarbonyl, or together with a substituent at R6, a bond, or together with R1, a bond; X1 represents a bond or when R1 represents hydrogen, NHCO; R 6 represents C 3-8 cycloalkyl or an unsubstituted or substituted aromatic or heteroaromatic group; n is an integer from 1 to 4; and R7 is as defined for R6; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A procedure for preparing derivatives is also proposed; intermediary compounds used with said method and the remaining objects mentioned in the title of the invention.
