Abstract

Espuma rígida de poliuretano que tiene una resistividad al flujo de aire inferior a 5 a 40 kPa.s/m2. El proceso para preparar una espuma flexible depoliuretano comprende en hacer reaccionar un poliisocianato (1), un compuesto isocianato reactivo(2), que tiene un peso promedio equivalente de 374 comomáximo y una cantidad promedio de átomos de hidrogeno isocianato reactivo de entre 2 y 8, un compuesto isocianato reactivo (3), que tiene un peso promedioequivalente de más de 374 y una cantidad promedio de átomos de hidrogeno isocianato reactivo entre 2 y 6 y agua, donde la cantidad de compuesto (2),compuesto (3) y agua va de 2 a 20 partes por peso, de 5 a 35 partes por peso y de 1 a 17 partes por peso respectivamente; y el isocianato se pone en contactocon el CO2 antes de que el poliisocianato se ponga en contacto con el compuesto (2), el compuesto (3) y el agua. Las espumas se pueden utilizar para fabricarespumas flexibles pro compresion.
