Abstract
Se provee un proceso para preparar aglomerados de detergente de alta densidad que tienen una densidad de por lo menos 650 g/l. El proceso comprendelos pasos de: (a) mezclar de manera contínua una pasta de surfactante detergente ysec o de comienzo en una mezcladora/densificadora de alta velocidadpara obtener aglomerados de detergente, en donde la pasta de surfactante antes mencionada incluye, en peso de la pasta de surfactante antes mencionada, de0,1% a 50%,aproximadamente, de un aglutinante no acuoso, de 70% a 95%, aproximadamente, de un surfactante detersivo, y el balance de agua; (b) mezclarlos aglomerados de detergente en una mezcladora/densificadora de velocidad moderada paradensificar y aglomerar adicio nalmente los aglomerados dedetergente; y (c) secar los aglomerados de detergente antes mencionados para formar la composición detergente de alta densidad. El proceso puede incluir unoo más pasos adicionales deproceso tales como anadir un agente d e recubrimiento después de la mezcladora/densificadora de velocidad moderada para facilitar ycontrolar la aglomeración.
