Abstract

En el dispositivo se empujan productos transportándolos acompasadamente a través de una pluralidad de estaciones. Entre las primeras dos estaciones seaporta un corte de lámina verticalmente respecto de la dirección del transporte. Mediante un elemento de empuje y un elemento de apoyo queparcialmente se mueve acompanándolo, el producto es desplazado hacia la segunda estación. El corte es sostenido al quedar adosado contra un tope, yplegado alrededor de los costados superior einferior del producto. Simultáneamente, los productos previamente manipulados se hacen avanzar enlas otras estaciones mediante dedos de un transportador a modo de peine. Para el retroceso, el transportador es descendido. En la segundaestación, mediantemordazas de sellado se forma una costura de sellado longitudinal. En las estaciones siguientes se forman los cierres frontales, sellándolos. Eldispositivo es sencillo en su construcción y fácilmente controlable.
