Abstract
El objeto de la presente invención es proveer un proceso para producir fácilmente un derivado de ácido alcoxitiocromancarboxílico usado para producirindustrialmente el derivado de pirazol precedente sin ninguna etapa costosa tal como reacción de Grignard. Para lograr el objeto precedente, los presentesinventores han encontrado que: (i) un derivado ácido alcoxitiocromancarboxílico de la fórmula general (VIII), en donde cada uno de R2, R3, R4 y R5 esindependientemente un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo de C1-C4, R6 es un grupo alquilo de C1-C6, un grupo alcoxialquilo de C1-C6 o un grupo haloalquilodeC1-C6, X1 es un grupo alquilo de C1-C4, un átomo de halógeno o un grupo haloalquilo de C1-C4 y m es un entero de 0 ó 1 a 3,puede obtenerse comoproducto final desde un éster de ácido benzoico de la fórmula (I) como un material en bruto mediante cinco etapas sin incluir ninguna Reacción deGrignard; que (ii) cada uno de las cinco etapas precedentes es una etapa dereacción novedosa si un material de partida y una sustancia producida en cadaetapa se toman en consideración; y que (iii) las sustancias producidas de las fórmulas generales siguientes (III-1), (IV-1), (V) y (VII) obtenidas en lasprimeras, segundas, terceras y cuartas etapas de las cinco etapas precedentes son sustancias novedosas, en donde R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, X1 y m son tal como selos ha definido precedentemente y R1 es un grupo alquilo C1-C4 y m1 es un número entero que vale 0 (cero) o bien vale entre 1 (uno) y 3 (tres).The object of the present invention is to provide a process to easily produce an alkoxythiochromancarboxylic acid derivative used to industrially produce the preceding pyrazole derivative without any costly steps such as Grignard reaction. To achieve the foregoing object, the present inventors have found that: (i) an alkoxythiochromancarboxylic acid derivative of the general formula (VIII), wherein each of R2, R3, R4 and R5 is independently a hydrogen atom or a C1-alkyl group -C4, R6 is a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 alkoxyalkyl group or a C1-C6 haloalkyl group, X1 is a C1-C4 alkyl group, a halogen atom or a C1-C4 haloalkyl group and m is an integer from 0 or 1 to 3, can be obtained as a final product from a benzoic acid ester of formula (I) as a raw material by five steps without including any Grignard Reaction; that (ii) each of the preceding five stages is a novel reaction stage if a starting material and a substance produced at each stage are taken into consideration; and that (iii) the substances produced from the following general formulas (III-1), (IV-1), (V) and (VII) obtained in the first, second, third and fourth stages of the five preceding stages are novel substances , where R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, X1 and m are as defined above and R1 is a C1-C4 alkyl group and m1 is an integer that is 0 (zero) or is between 1 (one ) and 3 (three).
