Abstract
La invención se refiere a un proceso nuevo para la producción de productos moldeados coloreados, en particular lentes de contacto coloreadas, en donde unpolímero coloreado reticulable que comprende unidades que contienen un grupo reticulable y unidades que contienen un radical de tinte reactivo se reticulaen solución, y a moldeos coloreados, en particular lentes de contacto coloreadas, que se obtienen por este proceso. La presente invención se refieretambién a polímeros coloreadosreticulables nuevos que comprenden unidades que contienen un grupo reticulable y unidades que contienen un radical de tintereactivo que se puede emplear en el nuevo proceso, en particular derivados de un alcohol de polivinilo con un peso molecularde por lo menos 2000,a polímeroscoloreados reticulados, ya fuere homopolímeros o copolímeros, fabricados de estos polímeros coloreados reticulables nuevos que contienen un radical detinte reactivo, un proceso para la preparación de los nuevos polímeros coloreados reticulables que comprenden unidades que contienen un gruporeticulable y unidades que contienen un radical de tinte reactivo y los homopolímeros y copolímeros que se obtienen de esto, a moldeos coloreadosfabricadosde dichos homopolímeros o copolímeros, en particular lentes de contacto coloreadas fabricadas de estos homopolímeros o copolímeros, y a unproceso para la producción de lentes de contacto coloreadas utilizando dichos homopolímeros o copolímeros.The invention relates to a novel process for the production of colored molded products, in particular colored contact lenses, wherein a crosslinkable colored polymer comprising units containing a crosslinkable group and units containing a reactive dye radical is crosslinked in solution, and colored casts, in particular colored contact lenses, which are obtained by this process. The present invention also relates to novel crosslinkable colored polymers comprising units containing a cross-linkable group and units containing a dye-reactive radical which can be used in the new process, in particular derivatives of a polyvinyl alcohol with a molecular weight of at least 2000 , to crosslinked colored polymers, either homopolymers or copolymers, made from these new crosslinkable colored polymers containing a reactive dye radical, a process for the preparation of new crosslinkable colored polymers comprising units containing a crosslinkable group and units containing a radical of reactive dye and the homopolymers and copolymers obtained therefrom, to colored molds made of such homopolymers or copolymers, in particular colored contact lenses made from these homopolymers or copolymers, and to a process for the production of colored contact lenses using said homopolymers or copolymers.
