Abstract
Una gran variedad de sufactantes detersivos se conocen en la literatura y en la práctica comercial. Estos realizan una doble función dentro de la matrizdetergente.Primero,las moléculas del surfactante reducen la tensión interfacial entre la fase desucio y la acuosa, con lo cual eliminan gradualmente la manchade la superficie mediante un mecanismo de levantamiento, emulsionamiento o solubilización. Los surfactantes aniónicos son particularmente adecuados paraesta función.Segundo, las moléculas del surfactante mantienen la suciedad en suspensión y evitan la resedimentación en la superficie. Los surfactantes nono iónicos y aniónicos etoxilados tradicionalmente sirven para este propósito. Por consiguiente, aun cuando se conoce que la amilasa actúa en las manchas detipo almidón, aún persiste un reto técnico substancial en la formulación de composiciones detergentes que comprenden amilasa y surfactantes de manera quesatisfagan la necesidad del consumidor de un funcionamientolimpiador superior en suciedad y en particular, en suciedad de tipo almidón. Por lo tanto, es unpropósito de la presente invención proveer composiciones detergentes que incluyan un agente limpiador de lavar telas, lavar platos y superficies duras,que contienen amilasas oxidativas de estabilidad aumentada y surfactantes con el fin de satisfacer la necesidad antes mencionada. Es otra próposito formularcomposiciones detergentes de lavar telas que proveen una eficaz y eficiente limpieza de las superficies de telas, particularmente en manchas percudidas.Se ha descubierto ahora de manera sorprendente que aplicaciones optimizadas de amilasa de estabilidad oxidativa aumentada en las composiciones detergentes seobtiene cuando se combinan con un sistema de surfactante con una relación específica de surfactantes aniónicos a no iónicos.
