Abstract

Un método para la determinación cualitativa o cuantitativa de parámetros de un panel fabricado en base a madera, que comprende analizar el material departida de madera o los paneles con un contenido de humedad menor al 10%, en forma espectrométrica, y comparar la información espectral con información dereferencia proveniente de material de referencia o paneles de referencia que han sido calibrados con respecto a parámetros conocidos de paneles producidosa partir de dicho material de referencia o de dicho panel de referencia de análisis multivariado. Mientras que las variables de proceso que tieneninfluencia sobre los parámetros de los paneles, se controlan analizando el material o los paneles, uniendo la información espectral dentro de unacombinación con parámetros deseados, y comparando dicha combinación con combinaciones de referencia que consisten en información de referenciaproveniente de material o paneles de referencia unidas con parámetros conocidos de dichos paneles o materiales de referencia, siendo dichascombinaciones de referencia calibradas con respecto a variables conocidas por medio de análisis multivariado.
