Abstract

Un artículo absorbente que incluye el cuerpo de la prenda así como un primer y un segundo haz de contención de líquidos formados por un materialabsorbente. Cada uno de los haces de contención de líquidos posee un borde de sujeción enlazadoal cuerpo de la prenda de modo que el haz de contenciónpuede ubicarse contra el cuerpo de la prenda y también girar alrededor de un eje definido por el borde de sujeción. Para el confort durante el uso, el hazde contención posee convenientementeuna relación ancho espesor de, como mínimo, aproximadamente 3:1. En realizaciones particulares, el artículoabsorbente incluye pares de haces internos y externos de contención, con los haces internos de contención adaptados para ubicarsecontra el cuerpo de laprenda y con los haces externos de contención adaptados para ubicarse contra los haces internos de contención. Los haces de contención de líquidos puedenincluir opcionalmente barreras contra los desbordes a los efectos deimpedir e l movimiento lateral de líquido. También se provee un método de realización dedichos artículos absorbentes.
