Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de estreptograminas de la siguiente fórmula general (I), en la cual: o bien R1 es metilo o etilo, R2 es H y Xrepresentan H e Y es H ú OH, o bien R1 es etilo y R2 es OH y X e Y forman conjuntamente unradi cal oxo, mediante la desmetilación de un derivado desinergístina de la fórmula (II) conforme a lo ilustrado en la memoria descriptiva, mediante el tratamiento con un periodato en medio acético seguidopor un tratamiento en medio ácidoacuoso o seguido por un tratamiento con un agente capaz de consumir el formaldehido in situ. También se propoen losderivados de estreptograminas de fórmula (I) obtenidos con dicho procedimiento.
