Abstract
Una composición de limpieza que posee un alquilpoliglicósido que contiene una cantidad efectiva de antiespumante, de un alquilpoliglicósido que tiene lafórmula general (I), donde R1 es un radical orgánico monovalente con entre 16 y 18 átomos de carbono, Z es un residuo de glucosa con 5 ó 6 átomos de carbono, aes un número con valor de entre 1 y 6 aproximadamente y un alquilpoliglicósido con la siguiente fórmula general (II), donde R2 es un radical orgánicomonovalente con entre 8 y 16 átomos de carbono, Z es un residuo de glucosa con 5 o 6 átomos de carbono, a es un número con un valor de entre 1 y 6aproximadamente. Se describe un proceso para obtener la composición de limpieza con formación de espuma controlada.
