Abstract

Se trata de formulaciones transdérmicas de 3-[4-butiltio)-1,2,5-tiadiazol- 3il]-1-azabiciclo-[2.2.2]octano. La formulación transdérmica de la presenteinvención, proporciona dosis constantes del ingrediente activo, logra una concentración sostenida del agente farmacéuticamente activo en el plasma, ypromueve al paciente a seguir el tratamiento indicado. La invención también se refiere a un proceso para preparar dicha formulación transdérmica.
