Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para fabricar tubos aplanados de intercambiadores de calor. Los tubos aplanados conocidos sonfabricados en forma individual a un costo elevado. Los logros de la presente invención comprendenlas siguientes etapas operativas: a) hacer pasarcontínuamente una cinta sinfín de chapa metálica a través de un intersticio de pasada entre dos cilindros estampadores en relieve que rotan en sentidoopuesto, particularmente un cilindro estampador enrelieve antagónico impulsado y un cilindro estampador en relieve que presenta protuberancias; b)estampadoren relieve por una cara a dicha cinta sinfín de chapa metálica en dicho intersticio de pasada mediante el cilindro estampador en relieveconinterrupción ajustable del estampado en relieve; c) produciendo dicha interrupción ajustable una separación alternada de dichointersticio de pasadaentre dichos cilindros estampadores en relieve, lo cual resulta en cada caso en una zona no estampada en relieve entre zonas estampadas en relieve; d)conformar por cilindrado dichas cintas sinfín estampadas en relieve de chapa de metal en un tubo aplanado sinfín cerrable; e) cerrar dicho tubo aplanadosinfín; f) seccionar los tubos aplanados individuales a partir de dicho tubo aplanado sinfín cerrado en dicha zona no estampado en relieve (10)
