Abstract

Un neumático con cubierta reforzada con sílice compuesto, en base a 100 partes por peso de caucho, de (A) tres elastómeros a base de dieno queconsisten en, según el caucho de la cubierta (i) 20 a 50 phr de caucho de copolímero de isopreno/butadieno (IBR-1) que contiene 20 a 60 porciento deisopreno y que tiene una Tg de -35 a -50°C, (ii) 20 a 50 phr de caucho de copolímero de isopreno/butadieno (IBR-2) que contiene 15 a 40 por ciento deisopreno y que tiene una Tg de -65°C a -90°C;en el cual la Tg de dicho IBR-2 es por lo menos 30°C más baja que la Tg de dicho IBR-1, y (iii) alrededor de 20a alrededor de 50 phr de caucho de cis 1,4-polibutadieno (caucho cis-BR), con un contenido de cis de 90 a 99 por ciento y una TG en unrango de -85°C a105°C, (B) 30 a 110 phr de sílice precipitada en partículas, (C) por lo menos, un acoplador de sílice que tiene una porción silano que reacciona con lasuperficie de la sílice y una porción interactiva con dicho elastómero; en una relación ponderal de sílice a acoplador de 8/1 a 20/1, y (D), 5 a 50 phr denegro de humo, en el cual la relación por peso de sílice a negro de humo es de por lo menos 1/1 y donde el total de sílice y negro de humo es de 40 a 120 phr.
