Abstract
Esta constituida a partir de una bandeja (1), de dimensiones en planta adecuadas para recibir el cuerpo del enfermo, pero con paredes laterales deescasa altura y considerablemente inclinadas, para favorecer la introducción y extracción del enfermo, contando dichas paredes con una franja perimetral (4)escalonada, por encima de su embocadura, que permite el acoplamiento, con carácter amovible, de unas cártolas (5) antisalpicaduras destinadas asuplementar en altura la cabecera y los laterales de la banadera, la cual incorpora un orificio de desagüe asistido al fondo del cuerpo (1) y que cuentacon una salida lateral (8) a la que es acoplable una manguera conectada a una garrafa o recipiente de recogida del agua. Las cártolas(5) se acoplan, tantoentre sí como al cuerpo (1) de la banera mediante pequenos bulones enchufables en orificios operativamente enfrentados de los elementos a unir, bulones queson retenidos mediante cunas que los atraviesan, y el agua llega a la banera desde la red general de suministro a través de un grifo y una manguera deconsiderable longitud, rematada en una válvula de cierre.
