Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un colector de escape, en particular en forma de abanico para motores multicilíndricos de combustión interna, del tipoque presenta una pluralidad de tramos tubulares individuales de un primer nivel colector, los cuales están agrupados de a pares en tramos tubulares de unsegundo nivel colector y éstos a su vez en un único tramo tubular de un tercer nivel colector a través de conformaciones tubulares en forma de Y. Lostramos tubulares individuales del primer nivel colector no están deformados por sus extremos y solamente recortados bajo un determinado ángulo. Los tramostubulares del segundo nivel colector fabricados mediante el procedimiento de conformado por aplicación de elevada presión interior se extienden(en direcciónopuesta a la dirección de la corriente) constructivamente hasta por delante del punto de reunificación del respectivo par de tramos tubulares individualesdel primer nivel colector y presentan allí una juntura integrada en forma de Y para la conexión frontal y periféricamente lateral de cada tramo tubularindividual del primer nivel colector, en la cual están enchufados los tubos del primer nivel colector y soldados en forma hermética mediante costuras continuasde soldadura de rincón frontal. Uno de los tramos tubulares del segundo nivel colector se extiende en la dirección de la corriente constructivamente hastapor detrás del punto de unificación de los tramos tubulares del segundo nivel colector y presenta allí otra juntura en forma de Y para la conexiónlateral del otro tramo tubular del segundo nivel colector. El extremo sobresaliente de este tramo tubular pasa a un tercer nivel colector. El tramotubular enchufado lateralmente del segundo nivelcolector está enchufado en la juntura en forma de Y y soldado en forma hermética con una costura
