Abstract
Se provee un aparato de limpieza que consiste en una canería (10) que se estrecha o se expande por la existencia de varias depresiones en forma deranuras (21) y/o porciones sobresalientes (22). Se proveen perforaciones (26, 26) sobre los flancos(25,25)de las depresiones en forma de ranuras o en lasporciones sobresalientes, en los cuales los ejes longitudinales (27) de las perforaciones forman un ángulo recto con las superficies laterales curvas de lapared del cano de modo que el mediode limpieza pueda salir oblicuamente de la canería en chorros de limpieza en forma de haz. El ángulo al cual se extiendenlos chorros de limpieza se determina por la posición de las perforaciones en las superficies laterales curvas y la pendientede los flancos. Ajustando elángulo de inclinación y por medio de un posicionamiento variable de las perforaciones, es posible obtener diversos patrones de rociado, que permitenuna distribución óptima del medio de rociado y un mojado uniformede las superficies a limpiar. Como los ejes longitudinales de las perforaciones seencuentran ubicados en ángulo recto con respecto a la pared de la canería, es sencillo crear el perfil de la perforación utilizando un láser. El aparato delimpieza preferentemente se utiliza en un aparato de transporte para botellas. The cleaning apparatus is preferably used in a bottle transport apparatus. In this case, the pipes are arranged in the form of interchangeable units and are located between two sections of the conveyor belts.
