Abstract
Un proceso para moldear por inyección un producto de confitura que contiene grasa,extruido, que comprende alimentar el producto de confitura que contienegrasa dentro de un dispositivo de extrusión y aplicar presión al producto de confitura que contiene grasa en una corriente de forma no escurribleprácticamente sólida o semi-sólida de una contracción de flujo con lo cual, la temperatura, la presión, la relación de contracción, y el régimen de extrusiónson tales que el producto de confitura que contiene grasa es extruido prácticamente de manera isotérmica y permanece en forma no escurrible sólida osemi-sólida y tiene una flexibilidad o plasticidad temporal; caracterizado porque se moldea por inyección el producto extruido,mientras presentaflexibilidad temporal de manera prácticamente isotérmica dentro de un molde forrado con un material sólido de grado alimenticio capaz de ser configurado enla forma del molde y luego desmoldar el producto cubierto con el materialsólido de grado alimenticio.
