Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un aparato para la polimerización en fase gaseosa de una o más olefinas, que comprende esencialmente un reactor delecho fluidificado y al menos un conducto para extraer el polímero, provisto de una válvula de aislamiento y que conecta la pared lateral vertical del reactorcon una tolva de esclusa, saliendo dicho conducto de la pared lateral vertical del reactor asumiendo al mismo tiempo una dirección hacia abajo, de manera quecada parte de dicho conducto forma, con un plano horizontal, un ángulo A comprendido entre 35 y 90°. La invención se relaciona también con un procesopara la polimerización contínua en fase gaseosa de una o más olefinas en un reactor de lecho fluidificado, que comprendeextraer el polímero de la paredlateral vertical del reactor al interior de una tolva de esclusa por medio de un conducto de extracción, de manera que la totalidad del flujo del polímeroen el conducto de extracción se produzca de acuerdo con unadirección descendente que forma, con un plano horizontal, una inclinación con un ángulo Aal menos igual al ángulo de reposo B del polímero y no superior a 90°. La presente invención mejora el grado de llenado de la tolva de esclusa yreducela cantidad de gas extraido junto con el polímero.
