Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una película de múltiples capas para aplicaciones de cocción conjunta, que tiene una primera capa que incluye: unamezcla de un nylón cristalino y un material que destruye la cristalinidad del nylóncristalino; una segunda capa que también incluye dicha mezcla; y unatercera capa interpuesta situada entre las capas primera y segunda, que incluye un material provisto de un módulo de elasticidad inferior al módulo deelasticidad del nylóncristalino, y que tie ne un cristalinidad inferior al 60%. El material que destruye la cristalinidad del nylón se elige entre una segundapoliamida diferente del nylón cristalino, un copolímero de etileno/ácido no saturado, un copolímero deetileno/éster no saturado, u n polímero modificado yun ionómero. Se describen además, el proceso para empacar productos cárnicos con dicha película y los productos cárnicos cocidos empacados con dichapelícula.
