Abstract
El presente invento propone el tratamiento de residuos orgánicos para transformarlos en material inorgánico, que puede ser aprovechado comofertilizante de manera más económica que en el caso de los procesos conocidos, resultando a la vez en unmenor grado de contaminación. La finalidad propuestaes alcanzada por medio de un proceso y una instalación en la que el material orgánico es inicialmente quemado en un horno, siendo los gases y vaporesresultantes de la combustión lavados posteriormente en un lavador. Tanto los residuos sólidos de la combustión efectuados dentro del horno como el medio delavado que reacciona con los gases y vapores no lavados, son conducidos a un depósito de decantación, que puede servir también de fuente proveedora de mediode lavado para el lavador, formando un circuito cerrado.The present invention proposes the treatment of organic waste to transform it into inorganic material, which can be used as a fertilizer more economically than in the case of known processes, resulting in a lesser degree of contamination. The proposed purpose is achieved through a process and an installation in which the organic material is initially burned in an oven, the gases and vapors resulting from the combustion being subsequently washed in a scrubber. Both the solid residues of the combustion carried out inside the oven and the washed medium that reacts with the unwashed gases and vapors, are led to a settling tank, which can also serve as a source supplying the washing medium for the scrubber, forming a circuit closed.
