Abstract

Estas composiciones son economicas, efectivas y adecuadas para su uso en composiciones detergentes para lavado de vajilla y de ropa.Aqueous liquid detergent compositions are described which comprise a proteolytic enzyme derived from Humícolas where the proteolytic activity is reversibly inhibited by a protease inhibitor selected from the group consisting of aldehydes and trifluoromethyl ketones. Protease inhibitors have the formula: Z-A-NH-CH (R) - C (O) - X. Optionally, they contain calcium and boric acid ions or their precursors and undiol. These compositions are economical, effective, and suitable for use in dishwashing and laundry detergent compositions.
