Abstract
Se trata de un catalizador de cracking de hidrocarburos que contiene zeolita agotada regenerándolo para remover los depositos carbonicos se extraeuna porcion del catalizador regenerado del inventario del catalizador circulante deuna unidad de procesamiento de hidrocarburos y se forma unalechada con un líquido que contiene un agente activador para solubilizar y/o desalojar los contaminantes que bloquean los poros de la zeolita y afectan enforma adversa la actividad delcatali zador. Se agita la lechada para disolver o desalojar los contaminantes de los poros de la zeolita y, sin permitir que seasiente, se transfiere la lechada agitada a una zona de secado fluidificado donde se remueven el líquido y loscontaminantes s olubilizados y/o desalojadosdel catalizador tratado que tiene un nivel de actividad de cracking mayor que el del catalizador en el inventario del catalizador circulante. Luego serecicla el catalizador en la unidad y se pone encontacto con materia prima de alimentacion hidrocarburica bajo condiciones de cracking.
