Abstract
Una composicion farmacéutica en aerosol, adecuada para la administracion de budesonida por inhalacion oral o nasal, que contiene una suspension debudesonida en partículas, un agente propulsor de hidrofluoroalcano y, opcionalmente, agentes propulsores de hidrofluoroalcano adicionales, uno o mástensioactivos seleccionados entre ácido oleico, oleatos de sorbitán y lecitina, y adyuvantes que tienen un valor de Kauri-butanol de por lo menos 10. Sedescribe además a un producto farmacéutico que comprende un envase de aerosol equipado con una válvula dosificadora, envase que contiene a dicha composicion,a un método para administrar budesonida a un paciente por inhalacion oral o nasal y al uso de una mezcla de HFA 134a y HFA 227 para suspender partículasde budesonida.
