Abstract

Se describe una solucion de fosfato para la formacion de capas de fosfato sobre superficies metálicas de hierro, acero, zinc, aleaciones de zinc,aluminio o aleaciones de aluminio, que contiene de 0,3 a 5 g/l de Zn2+ y de 0,1 a 3 g/l denitrogua nidina, siendo el valor teorico de 0,03 a 0,3 y laproporcion de peso de Zn: P2O5 = 1 :5 a 1 : 30. Asimismo, se describe un procedimiento para el fosfatado en el que las superficies metálicas selimpian, se tratan a continuacion conuna solucion acuosa de fosfato durante 5 segundos a 10 minutos a una temperatura de 15 a 70°C y finalmente se lavancon agua.
