Abstract
Un colector (1) a base de aluminio para intercambiador de calor que comprende una cara externa (2) con un revestimiento externo (3) y unamutiplicidad de aberturas (17), cada una de las cuales es apta para recibir un extremo de un tubo (8)de seccion predefinida y recubierta exteriormentede un revestimiento externo (19). Un procedimiento de obtencion de aberturas en dicho colector. Cada abertura está fabricada por agrietamiento y luego porconformado de una zona elegida del colector, la cual está embutida de manera tal que la cara externa (2) de dicho colector delimite en dicha zona uncollarín (16) de seccion transversal interna casi idéntica a la seccion predefinida del extremo de un tubo (8). Esto permite, luego deintroducir eltubo en la abertura (17) del collarín (16), obtener un contacto superficial entre los revestimientos externos respectivos (3, 19) del collarín y el extremode dicho tubo (8).
