Abstract

Un dispositivo de abertura (2) adherido a un orificio (4) en una porcion de pared superior (16) de un contenedor de empaque (12) y posicionadoadyacente a una línea de plegado (14) del contenedor de empaque, que incluye una porcion de base (8)c onectada a la pared superior en el orificio y unaporcion de tapa (10) conectada de manera tal que se pueda comprender la porcion de base, en donde la porcion de base presenta una porcion (26) quesobresale de la porcion circunferencialprincip al (24) hacia la línea de plegado (14), para proveer mayor estabilidad del contenedor durante elalmacenaje y transporte. Una saliente de manipulacion indebida (11), que funciona también como una lengueta de traccion para abrirla porcio n de tapa,se extiende desde la porcion de tapa para conectarse a un lado externo (6b) de la porcion de pared superior. Un borde de desgarramiento de grosor rereducido (28) se provee entre la porcion de base y la porcion de tapa parafacilitar l a abertura, y una bisagra biestable (9) polariza de manera tal quese puede desprender la porcion de tapa para permanecer estable en una posicion abierta, para evitar la interferencia de la porcion de tapa durantela distribuciondel producto . La porcion de base presenta una porcion de aro superior (30) y la porcion de tapa presenta una porcion de aro inferior (32)la cual después de la liberacion de la porcion de tapa de la porcion de base se puede interconectarrecíprocamente de m anera trabada y que se puededesprender, a fin de volver a sellar el dispositivo de abertura.
