Abstract

Un aparato para moldear un dispositivo de abertura (16), por inyeccion directa de material plástico sobre una lámina de material de empaque (4) enorificios respectivos (32) provistos en la lámina y que incluye primeras y segundasherramient as de moldear (20, 22) que se pueden disponer en unaporcion cerrada a fin de estar en contacto lados opuestos (24, 26) de la lámina y en una posicion abierta a fin de estar posicionadas distalmentede la lámina. En las posicionescerradas se fo rma una cavidad de molde (28) entre las herramientas de moldear para acomodar un borde de orificio (30) enla lámina. El aparato incluye además un pasaje de inyeccion (36) para inyectar directamente material termoplásticocalentado dentro de la c avidad del molde,que se extiende en una de las herramientas de moldear y en un punto de la cavidad que se encuentra ubicado distalmente del borde de orificio. Una de lasherramientas incluye un par de herramientas demoldear equivalentes a la mitad de las herramientas normales (22a, 22b) que se desplazan simultáneamentede la posicion abierta a la posicion cerrada y viceversa siguiendo tangencialmente un recorrido circular, para reducir el desgastede lasherramientas. En la posicion cerrada de las herramientas, la lámina se extiende en un plano distalmente espaciado del plano de extension de la láminaen la posicion abierta ayudando en la liberacion de la lámina y el dispositivo deabertura moldeado de las h erramientas de moldurar. La invencion tambiénpropone un método para moldear dicho dispositivo que utiliza dicho aparato, un dispositivo de abertura obtenido mediante dicho método y un empaque queincorpora dichodispositivo.
