Abstract
Un método y un reactivo para la determinacion de lipasa en presencia de un sustrato de color y por lo menos un derivado amida del ácido carboxílico N-sustituído o un compuesto de la formula general (I) O (la): en donde R1 y R2 independientementeuno de otro representan hidrogeno o un radical hidrocarburosustituído o no sustituído, saturado o no saturado, con 2 a 24 átomos de carbono, Z denota un radical hidrocarburo de cadena recta o cíclico, sustituído, saturado o no saturado, con 1a 10 átomos de carbono, X representa un átomo o un grupo de átomos con carga positiva y n es un numero de 1 a 3.
