Abstract
Se provee un promotor regulado por hierro. El promotor comprende la secuencia de ADN mostrada en la Fig.1 o un fragmento de la misma la cualincluye la secuencia de los residuos 284 a 409, o una secuencia de ácido nucleico funcionalmente equivalente. También se proveen vectores y célulasanfitriones recombinantes que incluyen el promotor y las composiciones para uso de inducción de una respuesta inmune en un animal. Se proveen además unamolécula de ADN recombinante y un método paraproducir una célula huésped recombinante.
