Abstract
Con el fin de evitar la contaminación de cursos de agua, pozos y napas freáticas se procesan las aguas servidas antes de su disposición final y enel mismo lugar donde se producen. Consta de un tanque de sedimentación al que ingresan las aguasservidas donde se realiza un proceso bateriológicoanaeróbico, favorecido por un medio acondicionador de la temperatura dispuesto en un conducto de alojamiento. A través de un tubo de pesca el contenido deltanque de sedimentación es trasvasado a uns erpentín alojado en un tanque de proceso aerobio. Dicho serpentín se vincula con un conducto de inyección deaire desde una disposición de inyección ubicada en el cierre del cuello conformado en el extremo superior del tanque deproceso aerobio. El líquidocirculante dentro del serpentín se vincula con un medio de esterilización para pasar por un receptáculo y desde allí hacia su disposición final por unconducto de salida. En el conducto de entrada se dispone unconducto de salida de gases vinculado con un conducto de ventilación y, a través de unaporción cribada con el extremo superior abovedado del tanque de sedimentación permitiendo la recuperación del gas metano producido. A través de una tapadecierre hermét ico dispuesta en el extremo superior del ramal de entrada se accede al interior del tanque de sedimentación para recuperar minerales yorgánicos de los barros decantados. El agua volcada a través del conducto de salidaresulta física, química y bacteriológicamente apta para su uso en riegoo para su potabilización.In order to avoid contamination of water courses, wells and water tables, wastewater is processed before its final disposal and in the same place where it is produced. In the inlet duct there is a gas outlet duct linked with a ventilation duct and, through a screened portion with the domed upper end of the sedimentation tank allowing the recovery of the produced methane gas. Through an airtight cover provided at the upper end of the entrance branch, the interior of the sedimentation tank is accessed to recover minerals and organics from decanted muds. The water dumped through the outlet pipe is physically, chemically and bacteriologically suitable for use in irrigation or for purification.
