Abstract
Se refiere a pirroles substituidos de la fórmula (I), en la que R es alquilo, alquiltio o hidroxi, donde el grupo alquilo puede estar sustituido ono por uno o varios sustituyentes, elegidos del conjunto formado por hidroxi, alcoxi, aminohal ógeno, ciano, tioalquilo, carboxi, derivados de ácidocarboxílico o alquilsulfinilo o R es un producto previo de síntesis de los pirroles sustituidos de fórmula (I) farmacéuticamente aceptables y a lassales farmacéuticamente aceptables delos com puestos de la fórmula (I) que son agentes antiproliferativos idóneos para el tratamiento del cáncer. Serefiere además a la utilización de dichos pirroles sustituidos y a composiciones farmacéuticas que los comprenden.
