Abstract
Un aparato y un método para moldear por soplado recipientes para llenar en caliente mediante un proceso de soplado doble mientras se utiliza una solarueda moldeadora por soplado. El aparato tiene puestos múltiples, que incluyen un puesto de calentamiento previo para acondicionar las formas previas, unpuesto de moldeo por soplado que tiene una sola rueda de moldeo por soplado, y un puesto de tratamiento térmico en el que recipientes intermedios son tratadostérmicamente. La rueda de moldeo porsoplado está provista con dos conjuntos de molde, un conjunto para formar los recipientes intermedios y otros conjuntospara formar los recipientes finales. Se usan dos mecaismos de transferencia para proveer cuatro transferencias diferentes para las varias etapas delrecipiente final. Formas previas y recipientes intermedios tratados térmicamente son térmicamente transferidas hacia los primeros y segundos moldespor medio de un primer mecanismo de transferencia, en tanto que losrecipientes intermedios no tratados y recipientes finales son efectivamente retirados delos moldes primeros y segundos por medio del segundo puesto de transferencia.
