Abstract

El método y el dispositivo para el moldeo de un artículo de material elastomérico que tiene una simetría circular y es abierto en ambos extremos,particularmente para la producción de fuelles protectores para vehículos. El dispositivocompre nde un molde (10) que incluye una porción externa (12, 14) yuna porción interior (16) entre las cuales se define una cavidad de moldeo (24) y una región de inyección. El artículo de material elastomérico que esformado en la cavidad demoldeo per manece anclado a la porción interna del moldeo (16) luego que la porción externa (12, 14) ha sido abierta. Antes queel artículo sea removido automáticamente de la porción interna (16) del molde, un pico de colada formado (76) por elmaterial qu e solidifica en la región deinyección (28) es removido por medio de un miembro (60).
