Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con las combinaciones terapéuticas del ácido 3S-[3R(1R, 2S)]-[3-[[(4-aminofenil)sulfonil](2-metilpropil)-amino]--2-hidroxi-1-fenil-metil)propil]carbámico, tetrahidro-3-furanil éster (141W94),3-azido-3-desoxitimid ina (zidovudina) y (2R, cis)-4-amino-1-(2-hidroximetil-- 1,3-oxatiolan-5-il)-(1H)-pirimidin-2-ona (3TC) (o, de manera alternativa a 3TC, (2R, cis)-4-amino-5-flúor-1-(2-hidroximetil-1,3-oxatiolan-5-il)--pirimidin-2-ona (FTC),las cuales tienen acti vidad anti-VIH.
