Abstract
Un método efectivo para matar malezas que son reconocidos como particularmente difíciles de matar que involucra la aplicación a las malezasde una composición herbicida de un herbicida de tipo glifosato y un compuesto surfactanteadyuva nte de la fórmula (I), en la cual uno de R1 y R2 en laporción ácido succínico es alquenilo o alquilo C6 a C22 y el otro es hidrógeno; R3 es un radical polihidroxi hidrocarbilo; R4 es hidrógeno o hidrocarbilo C1 aC22; R5 es un grupo: NR3R4donde R3 y R4 son independientemente tal como se definieran anteriormente; o R5 es un grupo -O(AO)n.R6 en el cual: AO es unresiduo de óxido de alquileno; 5 n es 1 a 200; y R6 es hidrógeno, o hidrocarbilo C1 a C22. Ejemplos de taleshierbas malas son las hierba de hojaancha (dicotiledóneas) de las siguientes especies: Chenopodium album, Solanum nigrum, Lactuca saligna, Amaranthus retroflexus y Erigenon canadensis(anuales) y Cirsum arvense (perenne) y hierbasrelacionadas similares de estos géneros y monocotiledóneas perennes de las especies: Lolium perenne,Convolvulus arvensis y especialmente Agropyron repens y hierbas relacionadas similares de estos géneros.
